CANCELLATION POLICY
💳 Deposits & Card on File A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book for all new clients and will be applied toward your service total. A valid card on file is required for all appointments. By booking, you authorize charges in accordance with this policy. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours (2 full days) in advance. Notice is calculated from your scheduled appointment time. All changes must be completed through the booking system to be valid. (email, phone, text, or social media will not be accepted) • Less than 48 hours notice = 50% of service charged • Same-day cancellations or no-shows = 100% of service charged ⏰ Late Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and charged in full. 🚫Excessive Rescheduling 3 consecutive reschedules will result in restricted booking privileges and either require full prepayment or a deposit before your appointment. 🌧️ Weather & Illness I understand that life happens. Fees may be waived at my discretion in cases of severe weather or illness if communicated promptly and are not guaranteed.
