CANCELLATION POLICY

💳 CARD ON FILE A valid card on file is required for all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. By booking, you authorize charges to be made in accordance with the policies below. 🔁 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I completely understand that plans can change! Please provide at least 48 hours (2 full days) notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Notice is calculated from your scheduled appointment time. All cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the booking system to be considered valid. Cancellations made by email, phone, or social media will not be accepted. • Less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the scheduled service being charged to the card on file. • Same-day cancellations & no-shows will result in 100% of the scheduled service to be charged. ⏰ LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you know you’re going to be late, please contact me as soon as possible so I know you’re on your way. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened to stay on schedule, while the full service price remains due or your appointment time being moved or rescheduled, if my schedule allows. If you’re over 15 minutes late your will be canceled, with the full service fee charged to the card on file. 🌧️ WEATHER & ILLNESS I understand that things happen! Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion for severe weather or illness when communicated promptly. Waivers are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. 🤎 MINORS Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present in the studio or within the immediate vicinity during their appointment. A parent/legal guardian must be present in the office to review and sign the required consent form before the service begins. Consent forms cannot be signed remotely or prior to the appointment.
